Although we all HAVE bodies, most of the time we are walking around either regularly ignoring them or painfully hearing them shout at us. Our bodies have taken a lot of stress, abuse, and neglect through the years, all the while trying their best to support us. 

 

Once we start listening to our bodies cues and cultivating a nurturing rhythm with them, life changes. The ache you had ever day upon waking, suddenly vanishes. The bodily tiredness you feel at 3pm, gone. The migraine you have after working on the computer, eliminated. Life gets better.

 

It doesn’t happen overnight. And there is work involved. But the good news is that a little goes a long way. I have studied body work in the forms of Massage, Yoga and Reflexology for over 10 years. I am also a certified Koga instructor (think kick boxing meets yoga), and an avid runner. I can help you find the route that connects you to feeling great in your body, and weave that into a wholistic life plan so that when you achieve your goals, you are not only successful, but, you are able to jump for joy without worrying about pulling anything!
